Questions that come up
- Is it really free right now?
- Yes. There is no billing, no subscription and no card in the system. The prices here are for when billing begins, and we will tell you first.
- What happens if I go over the message allowance?
- Reminders and confirmations are not sent for the rest of that month — they are not held for later. Cancellations, changes of time and the answer to a booking awaiting approval always go out, so no customer turns up for an appointment that no longer exists. The count is on your Booking rules screen once customer messages are switched on for your business.
- Do I pay more for extra providers?
- No. A provider is someone work is assigned to, not an account. You can run as many chairs as you like on any plan. Plus is about extra people signing in with their own login.
- Does TOVLI issue invoices and receipts?
- Not today. TOVLI records what was taken and prepares a period summary for your accountant, but an invoice or receipt as a legal document can only come from an authorised system. Receipts through a licensed issuer are in development.
- How do the messages actually reach customers?
- Over WhatsApp from TOVLI’s number, or by SMS from the sender «TOVLI» if you choose — and the message itself names your business, so the customer knows which appointment it is about. There is nothing for you to connect. Customer messages are switched on business by business: until they are on for yours, your booking page tells customers that nothing will be sent automatically, and they still book, see and change their appointment on screen.
