Terms of Service

Last updated September 25, 2026

These terms apply to the use of TOVLI. Using the service means accepting them.

What the service provides

TOVLI gives a business an appointment system, its own public booking page, and tools for running the day — calendar, customers, opening hours and booking rules.

TOVLI is the platform. The service itself — the haircut, the treatment, the appointment — is provided by the business, not by us.

Accounts

The account holder is responsible for keeping their sign-in details safe and for actions taken in the account.

The business owner is responsible for the accuracy of what they publish: prices, hours, services and cancellation policy.

Appointments and cancellations

Cancellation policy is set by each business and shown to the customer on that business's booking page.

TOVLI is not a party to the agreement between a business and its customer, and is not responsible for cancelled appointments, non-attendance, or the quality of the service provided.

Current access and future billing

As of the date these terms were updated, TOVLI is available on open access. Creating an account does not collect payment, create a subscription, issue an invoice, or start a trial period.

No plan can be purchased today. Future billing terms will be published before paid billing is enabled.

Fair use

The service must not be used to send abusive content, to impersonate others, to violate anyone’s privacy, or for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend an account that operates contrary to these terms.

Availability

We aim for high availability, but the service is provided as is. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

Payment between a business and its customer

TOVLI does not process, transmit or hold money. Payment for a service happens directly between the customer and the business, outside the system.

The payments screen is a record of what the business stated it received. It is not a receipt, not an invoice, and not a filing for the tax authorities. Issuing documents and reporting to the authorities are the business’s responsibility.

Any sentence about how to pay that appears on a booking page is written by the business and is its responsibility. We display it; we do not endorse it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date of the update appears at the top of the page, and a material change is sent to account holders by email or shown in the app before it takes effect.

Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect is acceptance of it. Anyone who does not agree may stop using the service and delete their account.

Ending

You may stop using the service at any time. Deleting a business from the account screen removes its data immediately, subject to any retention required by law.
